    • Cost: Our shipping rates vary based on the weight of your order:
      • For lightweight items: Starting from £1.95
      • For heavier parcels: Up to £9.95
    • Delivery Time: Expect your package within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.

2. Dispatch Time

We’re all about efficiency. Once you place your order, our team works diligently to prepare it for dispatch. Here’s the scoop:

  • Order Processing:
    • We aim to process orders within 3-4 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    • If you order before noon and items are in stock, we’ll do our best to ship it out the same day.

3. Tracking Your Order

We know the anticipation is real! As soon as your order hits the road, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Keep an eye on your inbox—it’s like having a backstage pass to your package’s journey.

4. Delivery Times

  • UK Mainland:

    • Most orders within the UK mainland arrive within 1-2 business days.
    • Remote areas or exceptional circumstances (like a sudden unicorn parade) might add a day or two.

  • International Shipping:

    • We currently do not offer international shipping.

6. Missing or Delayed Orders

    • JackHammer Clothing Ltd does not take resposobilities for order that went missing due to courier/postal services issues.

  • Delayed Orders:

    • If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, let us know.
